We started Beryl Care Services because we believed home care could be done better — with more warmth, more consistency, and a genuine commitment to the people we look after.
How we began
A family experience that changed everything
Beryl Care Services was founded after our directors experienced first-hand the challenges of finding reliable, compassionate care for a family member. Too often, care felt impersonal — a different face at every visit, rushed appointments, and a sense that the person being cared for was just another name on a rota.
We knew there was a better way. So in 2013, we set out to build a care service rooted in relationships — one where carers and clients genuinely know each other, where families are kept informed and involved, and where every visit feels like it matters.
Today, we support families across Hampshire and Wiltshire, and we're proud of the reputation we've built — not through advertising, but through word of mouth from the families who trust us.

Monica Chisanga
Founder & Registered Manager
Monica founded Beryl Care Services after a career in NHS community nursing. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and is the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
Brian Mbano
Senior Team Leader
Brian oversees day-to-day care scheduling and client relationships. With a background in social work, he brings a thoughtful, person-centred approach to every care plan he builds.
Jubeda Benjala
Team Leader
Jubeda designs and delivers all carer training at Beryl Care. A qualified nurse with 20 years' experience, she ensures every member of our team is equipped to deliver safe, skilled, compassionate care.

Beryl Care Services is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. We are inspected against the five key standards — Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led — and we welcome that scrutiny. It keeps us accountable and gives families the assurance they deserve.
