Why join Beryl Care?

More than just a job

At Beryl Care Services, our carers are the heart of everything we do. We know that the quality of care we provide depends entirely on the quality of the people who deliver it — so we invest in our team properly.

We offer real training, genuine support, and a working environment where you're valued and listened to. Whether you're new to care or an experienced professional, you'll find a team that takes its work seriously and looks after its own.

We pay above the National Living Wage, with enhanced rates for weekends, bank holidays, and specialist care.

Full training provided

Comprehensive induction training and ongoing development, including specialist qualifications for those who want to progress.

Flexible hours

We work around your life. Whether you want full-time hours or part-time shifts, we'll find a pattern that suits you.

Mileage allowance

We pay a generous mileage allowance for travel between clients, so you're never out of pocket for getting to work.

Supportive team

You'll never feel alone. Our coordinators are available 24/7 and our carers describe the team as one of the best things about working here.

Career progression

We actively support carers who want to grow. Many of our senior team members started as carers and worked their way up.
